Unity MMA offers adult mixed martial arts (MMA) classes in Albany on Auckland's North Shore. Our MMA programme teaches striking, grappling, wrestling, and submissions — a complete martial arts education for adults at any level.

Classes are coached by Ollie Schmid, a professional UFC fighter who trains and teaches out of Unity MMA in Rosedale, Albany. You're not just training at an MMA gym — you're training with a UFC-level coach.

What You'll Learn

• Boxing combinations and footwork
• Muay Thai strikes — knees, elbows, kicks
• Wrestling takedowns and clinch control
• BJJ ground control and submissions
• MMA-specific sparring (optional — beginners never pushed)

Who It's For

Complete beginners, fitness-focused adults, and experienced martial artists are all welcome. Most members start with zero background. The class structure adapts to your level.
