Unity MMA offers kids martial arts classes in Albany on Auckland's North Shore. Our junior programmes are specifically designed by age group — the Little Monsters class for ages 6-9 and the Teens class for ages 10-15.

Martial arts builds more than fitness. Kids who train regularly develop confidence, discipline, focus, and resilience — skills that transfer directly into school and social life. We prioritise a fun, structured, ego-free environment where every kid feels welcome.

Little Monsters (Ages 6–9)

A fun, safe introduction to martial arts for younger kids. We focus on coordination, listening skills, and basic techniques through games and structured drills. No fighting — just fundamentals and fun.

Schedule: Tuesday 4PM · Thursday 4PM · Sunday 10AM

Teen MMA (Ages 10–15)

A structured teens programme covering MMA basics, self-defence, and fitness. Teens learn striking, grappling fundamentals, and build real confidence in a supervised, respectful environment.
