Shipping Policy Last updated: January 2025 At Unity MMA, we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you can get back to training. Here's everything you need to know about shipping. Delivery Areas We currently ship to all locations within New Zealand only. For international orders, please contact us to discuss options. Shipping Options & Rates Shipping Method Cost Timeframe Standard Shipping NZ Post / CourierPost $7.00 NZD 3-5 business days Express Shipping CourierPost $12.00 NZD 1-2 business days Free Shipping Orders over $100 FREE 3-5 business days Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Order Processing • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation • Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order through the NZ Post website at nzpost.co.nz. Delivery Information • Signature required: For orders over $50, a signature may be required on delivery • Safe drop: If you're not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location or leave a card to collect from your local depot • PO Boxes: We can deliver to PO Boxes via NZ Post Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete, including: • Full street address • Suburb • City • Postcode We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. Delayed or Lost Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe: Check your tracking information for updates Contact the courier directly with your tracking number If there's still an issue, email us and we'll help sort it out For orders that are confirmed lost by the courier, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund. Local Pickup Prefer to grab your order in person?
