We get it — starting something new can feel intimidating. Here's what most people worry about.

"I'm not fit enough to start."

That's exactly why you should start! Our beginner classes are designed for all fitness levels. You don't need to "get in shape first"—we'll help you build strength, stamina, and confidence step by step. Everyone starts somewhere, and you'll progress at your own pace.

"I've never done martial arts before, I'll be embarrassed."

Most of our members started with zero experience! Our coaches and community are friendly, patient, and supportive. We create a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged, and you'll never be judged for being a beginner.

"I'm worried about getting hurt."

Safety is our top priority. We teach correct techniques, use protective equipment, and pair beginners with experienced partners. Sparring is optional and closely supervised—no one is here to hurt you. You'll only progress when you're comfortable.

"I don't want to fight or compete."

You don't have to! Many people train MMA, BJJ, boxing, or kickboxing for fitness, confidence, and self-defense. Competition is always optional. You'll get the same top-quality coaching whether or not you want to step into the ring.

"I'm too old to start."

Martial arts are for all ages! We have students in their 30s, 40s, and even 50s starting for the first time. Training is scaled to your level, and it's a fantastic way to stay fit, mobile, and mentally sharp.

"I'm nervous about not fitting in."

Our gym is known for its welcoming community. Everyone remembers their first day, and we're here to support you. We celebrate progress, no matter how small, and pride ourselves on having a friendly, ego-free culture.

"It's too expensive."

We offer a range of memberships and flexible plans to fit different budgets. Plus, your investment gives you access to world-class coaching, safe training, and a supportive community. Think of it as a long-term investment in your health and confidence.

"What do I bring to my first class?"

For your first class, just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We'll provide all the gear you need to get started. Over time, we can guide you on choosing your own gloves, wraps, or gi when you're ready.

"I'm shy or anxious in group settings."

We understand! Many of our members started out nervous. Our coaches make an effort to introduce you to the team and guide you personally. You can also book one-on-one private lessons to build confidence before joining a group class.
